We’ve got somewhat of a homecoming for San Francisco 49ers receiver Brandon Aiyuk at Super Bowl LVIII.

He grew up in Reno, Nevada and played his high school ball in the Silver State, about six and a half hours north of Las Vegas, which hosts the Super Bowl odds between San Francisco and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, February 11.

Aiyuk is having somewhat of a quiet postseason for the Niners. Outside of a monster 51-yard reception in the NFC Championship, the WR has 49 total yards on his other five receptions in the playoffs along with a touchdown against Detroit.

When handicapping games, the first thing that many of us look at is the actual game situation. Who’s home, who’s away, whether the team is coming off a win or a loss, and, at this point in the season — if either team is coming off or heading into their bye week.

A national minute’s silence will be observed as the ceremonial royal funeral begins at 3pm.
